About us
This is a quiet place.
It was created by people who understand what it means to need a break — from noise, from speed, from pressure.
Inspiration from Snowdonia, for sound, and for the value of rest — on purpose.
We started Echo Eryri to offer a calm, accessible experience, shaped by the stillness of this part of Wales. The work is small by design. The sessions are short on purpose. And the impact is focused on wellbeing — not promotion.
Our Purpose
Echo Eryri exists to offer moments of stillness.
We provide 15-minute sound sessions using the 528 Hz frequency — not as therapy, not as entertainment, but as space. Space to breathe, reset, and feel present again.
The soundscape sessions reflect the values of this land: quiet, depth, and dignity. The experience is simple — you arrive, you sit, you listen. No pressure. No performance. Just 15 minutes relaxation.
Our purpose is to create access to 15 minutes stillness and calm. Nothing more. Nothing less.
Our Mission
To make peace ordinary again.
Echo Eryri offers accessible, short sound sessions in a quiet, grounded environment shaped by the landscape of north-west Wales. We work as a Community Interest Company, placing people before profit, and sound before noise.
Our mission is to maintain a consistent, free or low-cost space for those seeking pause, care, and restoration — without needing to explain why.
Social Responsibility
We work locally. We act simply. We operate 7 days a week.
We collaborate with local organisations to support those facing stress, isolation, or overwhelm.
Our space uses natural, reused and low-impact materials. Echo Eryri is accountable to the community, not a market. We don’t advertise relief for the mind — we seek to provide conditions where it can happen.
